WQBRAIN User Success Specialist (Backend)

Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Resolve user queries involving data, technology, and predictive signals.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Optimize backend performance, software quality, and load sequencing.
• Support application security, access controls, and role management.
• Maintain storage, data versioning, and server-side web application functionality.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
• Familiarity with Unix.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the quantitative finance or finance industry.
