Overview

Drive people programs to fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration. Serve as London office site leader and UK regional HR Business Partner. Partner cross-functionally to support organizational design, workforce planning, and compliance.

What you will do

• Lead UK people initiatives aligned with global frameworks and local compliance.
• Manage performance, career development, and training programs.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance through employee relations.
• Lead large-scale initiatives with minimal disruption.
• Use people analytics to guide decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with North America HRBP and COEs for seamless employee experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK
• English: B2 level or higher
• 10+ years progressive HR experience in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS, deep tech)
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
• Strong judgment and experience managing complex employee matters
• Ability to lead through influence and deliver results under tight deadlines
