What you will do

• Lead the International People Strategy aligned with business objectives across EMEA and APAC.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on HR matters, workforce analytics, and organizational design.
• Drive major change programs including restructuring, M&A integration, and digital/AI transformation.
• Build and develop HR team capabilities and enforce scalable HR processes aligned with global frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with multi-country employment legislation and partner with Legal on risk mitigation.
• Coach senior leaders to enhance decision-making, accountability, and management fundamentals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work from London office at least 3 days per week
• Significant HR leadership experience across international markets (EMEA/APAC essential).
• Proven success in complex, high-growth, or matrixed environments, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Deep understanding of multi-country employment legislation and global HR operating models.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills (Workday, dashboards, forecasting).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc HR/Organisational Behaviour) or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving AI-enabled HR transformation.
• CIPD and Change Management qualifications.
