What you will do

  • Oversee and streamline global people operations processes ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data management.
  • Support payroll preparation and process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional projects collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with presence in London office twice a week.
  • English: Proficient communication skills required (B2+).
  • Proven HR expertise in international tech environments.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR technology tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills in dynamic environments.

  • Experience in payroll support and process improvement.
  • Project management skills within HR or related functions.
