What you will do
- Lead recruitment process reviews and partner with hiring managers to improve candidate experience and efficiency.
- Act as subject-matter expert on UK Employment Rights Bill and ensure timely compliance with legislative changes.
- Manage and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and clear communication across the organisation.
- Provide day-to-day employee relations advice and manage complex ER cases end-to-end.
- Develop and deliver clear HR communications and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist wider HR team with recruitment coordination, performance reviews, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Sheffield, UK
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with strong employee relations and recruitment expertise.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and upcoming legislative changes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in the video game industry or startup environment.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and trends.
