What you will do

• Coordinate comprehensive learning and development offerings including live workshops and self-led programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to co-create impactful learning solutions.
• Manage and analyze data from learning platforms to inform strategic decisions.
• Support internal and external blended learning programs and communities of practice.
• Drive engagement with digital learning tools and AI-powered methodologies.
• Maintain trainer pools and provide regular updates on L&D activities.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience in learning and development with foundational instructional design knowledge.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing learning platforms (LXP) and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

• Interest or experience in integrating AI tools into learning solutions.
