Financial Sevices Representative II (Contract)

Location: S. Edmonton Banking Centre, Edmonton, AB, Canada; full-time on-site work required, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities, provide tailored advice, and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support clients’ financial goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and collaboration with internal partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and support clients across multiple nearby banking centres.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, relationship-building ability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
