Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist (Construction)

Location: Remote, Philippines or South Africa

Salary: $600–$800 per month

What you will do

• Prepare and manage AIA billing, including Forms 702 and 703.
• Handle construction progress billing, prepare accurate invoices, and submit them on time.
• Process and track change orders across multiple projects.
• Manage accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up with customers on payments.
• Maintain financial records, reconcile billing information, and identify discrepancies.
• Support bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, update project data in Salesforce, and provide related administrative support.

Requirements

• Previous construction industry experience is essential.
• Strong experience with construction billing, progress billing, change orders, and accounts receivable.
• Hands-on experience preparing AIA Forms 702 and 703.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English and confident, professional communication with customers about invoices and payments.
