What you will do
- Review accounting workflows in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
- Validate financial data and identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.
Nice to have
- Experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, finance professional, or small business owner.
- Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial data evaluation.
