What you will do

• Develop and integrate brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment, POS, and promotional data.
• Improve demand forecasting accuracy by determining and implementing appropriate statistical algorithms.
• Manage product history and promotional demand to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize it according to specific demand patterns.
• Align sales and marketing intelligence across operating units, collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D groups.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting principles, concepts, and standards.
• Ability to analyze complex data and evaluate identifiable factors to solve diverse problems.
