What you will do

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and historical data.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Supply Planning stakeholders.
• Provide demand inputs for monthly S&OP cycles and align demand and supply plans.
• Prepare demand assumptions, forecast change analyses, presentations, and KPI reports.
• Improve forecasting processes, planning tools, data quality, and system best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, or similar planning systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of S&OP processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
