What you will do

  • Own the Mexico Stream supply plan and inventory strategy, aligning demand, service objectives, supply capabilities, and financial targets.
  • Develop feasible supply and replenishment plans with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations.
  • Lead supply reviews within the SIOP process, assessing risks, constraints, and opportunities and recommending solutions.
  • Balance customer service, working capital, inventory health, capacity, and supply continuity.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks related to capacity, sourcing, materials, production, and transportation.
  • Support new product introductions, seasonal launches, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across supply planning and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, SIOP, Replenishment, Procurement Planning, or related supply chain functions.
  • Experience balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives in a complex supply chain environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, replenishment, and capacity planning, plus advanced analytical and Excel skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills and strong business acumen.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Logility, or similar planning tools.
