What you will do
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for assigned EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage a team of payroll professionals, overseeing performance, goal setting, and professional development.
- Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and company payroll requirements.
- Coordinate with HR Services, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to meet SLAs and quality metrics.
- Drive transformational payroll projects and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Represent the payroll function during audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
- English: Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or a Master's degree in business.
- Experience with Workday, ADP, Core HR, SAP, or other time/attendance systems.
- Knowledge of multinational payroll regulations.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity.
- Additional language capabilities.
