What you will do

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for assigned EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage a team of payroll professionals, overseeing performance, goal setting, and professional development.
• Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and company payroll requirements.
• Coordinate with HR Services, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to meet SLAs and quality metrics.
• Drive transformational payroll projects and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Represent the payroll function during audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• English: Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or a Master's degree in business.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, Core HR, SAP, or other time/attendance systems.
• Knowledge of multinational payroll regulations.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity.
