What you will do
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are scalable, reliable, and mission-critical across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Own and drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate directly with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform business operations at scale.
- Contribute to the evolution of 's core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
- Experiment with latest voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in South Korea and work on-site
- Strong English and Korean communication skills (clear, direct, persuasive)
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production AI/LLM systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founder or founding engineer balancing craft, ownership, and speed.
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling such as eval frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Previous roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
