Operations Associate Lisbon (Temporary) (Hospitality)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; on-site role with weekend and shift flexibility required

What you will do

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks.
• Support operations across Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Use the PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively.
• Carry out field work, quality control, and property inspections.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
• Based in Lisbon and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts.
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
