Head of Security Reliability (AI Cloud)

What you will do

• Establish and lead the Security Reliability pillar, reporting to the CISO.
• Own security products and platforms through operational handover, configuration, monitoring, optimization, renewal, replacement, and retirement.
• Define secure configuration baselines, control-health monitoring, service levels, support models, and escalation paths.
• Lead security reviews for new products, services, platforms, technologies, and third-party dependencies.
• Own the Third-Party Risk Management program, including assessments, remediation, vendor performance, and risk decisions.
• Build and develop the Security Reliability team, strategy, roadmap, budget, operating model, and success measures.

Requirements

• Significant cybersecurity leadership experience in security engineering, security operations, platform security, security architecture, or technology risk.
• Production ownership of security products, including configuration, maintenance, integration, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and cloud security technologies, architectures, operating models, security controls, and risk management.
• Experience establishing or managing a Third-Party Risk Management program and performing security, technology, vendor, or product reviews.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, service providers, and cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, large-scale technology platforms, or AI infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with cloud, endpoint, identity, vulnerability, data protection, application security, SIEM, and detection-and-response platforms.
• Experience automating security operations, control monitoring, vendor assessments, or evidence collection.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory, certification, or customer-assurance programs.
