Sr. Data Observability Analyst

What you will do

• Work with business partners to define data use, analysis, and quality requirements.
• Conduct complex data analysis and validation.
• Monitor data metrics daily, identify variances, and alert stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute advanced reports, dashboards, and statistical information for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data-related projects.
• Support compliance with data privacy, security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience in data-related operations, business operations, or process support.
• 2+ years of development experience with modern programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience developing Tableau reports.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance at scale.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with data warehouse technologies and products.
• Background in statistics or financial services.
• Experience with data management tools, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Ability to design, document, and optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication, collaboration, independent working, and multitasking skills.
