Lead Test Data Management Engineer (Synthetic Data)

What you will do

• Translate the Test Data Management strategy into operational capabilities and help define the TDM roadmap and engineering priorities.
• Design and implement synthetic data generation, test data provisioning, reusable automation, data pipelines, and engineering accelerators.
• Integrate test data capabilities with testing, quality engineering, Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Define end-to-end test data lifecycle services covering requests, generation, delivery, refresh, archival, and retirement.
• Establish synthetic data patterns, asset libraries, referential integrity standards, and validation approaches.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, training, technology evaluations, and complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or an additional 4 years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience designing and implementing technology or data solutions involving databases, APIs, data pipelines, automation frameworks, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with synthetic data generation, masking, tokenization, virtualization, privacy-preserving data techniques, or automated test data provisioning.
• Strong understanding of data governance, risk management, compliance, and information security principles.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution and lead initiatives across teams.
• Ability to work in the Columbus, Ohio office; specific arrangements are determined by the hiring team.
