People & HR Operations Specialist (HR Operations): Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, recruitment administration, HR reporting, and process automation across Italian operations with an accent on data accuracy, GDPR compliance, Italian labor law, and employee experience. Focus on maintaining HRIS data, coordinating contracts and payroll inputs, building HR dashboards, and applying AI-driven tools to streamline HR workflows.
Location: Pisa, Italy; hybrid work. Candidates must currently hold the full legal right to work in Italy.

What you will do
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Support contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in line with Italian labor law and CCNL regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, external partners, and internal teams across legal entities.
- Support HR compliance, reporting, documentation, employer branding, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations.
- Native Italian and English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Zucchetti.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI tools, and familiarity with AI/LLM tools for HR workflows.
