Senior Client Manager, Commercial Risk

Provides commercial insurance services, including client account management, carrier coordination, and financial risk transfer solutions.

What you will do

• Lead service teams supporting assigned large commercial accounts.
• Establish and maintain appropriate carrier relationships.
• Perform marketing activities for large accounts and coordinate service delivery.
• Develop initial placement and renewal strategies for assigned accounts.
• Prepare or peer review risk maps, complete special projects, and identify process improvements.
• Escalate issues to leadership and mentor new colleagues when requested.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in account management.
• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and carrier underwriting appetites.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and existing coverage and develop recommendations for clients and prospects.
• Excellent client service, problem-solving, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn insurance and firm software.
• Maintain all licenses required by the relevant State Department of Insurance, or obtain them within the first 90 days of employment.
