Treasury & Compliance Coordinator (Treasury and statutory compliance): Managing cash positioning, banking transactions, payment processing, and compliance reporting across ALU entities with an accent on cash control, reconciliations, payment accuracy, and regulatory deadlines. Focus on consolidating cash-flow forecasts, identifying liquidity risks and discrepancies, coordinating tax and banking stakeholders, and building scalable treasury controls.

What you will do
- Initiate and track domestic and international vendor, payroll, intercompany, and statutory payments across multiple banking platforms.
- Monitor daily cash balances, inflows, outflows, bank charges, and transaction fees across entities and accounts.
- Prepare short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts, consolidated actual-versus-forecast reporting, and variance analysis.
- Support bank-account administration, online banking access controls, signatory updates, and resolution of banking issues.
- Coordinate WHT, VAT, and other statutory obligations, including compliance calendars and communication with tax authorities and advisors.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations, maintain audit trails, support audits, and improve scalable treasury processes and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, fund accounting, or finance operations.
- Experience with payment processing, bank reconciliations, or cash management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations; working knowledge of WHT and VAT is advantageous.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP/accounting system.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, accountability, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
