What you will do

  • Manage the DIN EN ISO 17025-accredited measurement laboratory.
  • Lead laboratory organization, staffing, cost-center responsibility, and budget planning.
  • Design test procedures and configure measurement systems.
  • Carry out tests and prepare results reports.
  • Represent the measurement laboratory to clients, authorities, and working groups.

Requirements

  • Degree in physics; a PhD is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in optical metrology.
  • In-depth knowledge of photonics and lighting technology.
  • Strong scientific and analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an accredited laboratory environment under ISO/IEC 17025.
  • PhD in physics.
