What you will do

• Drive strategic Order to Cash operations initiatives under the guidance of the Product Owner.
• Lead process reengineering, automation, centralization, smart-shoring, and technology improvements.
• Analyze and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable.
• Gather requirements and document business processes and technical designs.
• Support system conversions and provide Oracle Cloud functional guidance and best practices during implementations.
• Manage functional issues and coordinate effectively with Oracle Cloud Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, or a related discipline.
• 6–13 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Order to Cash solutions.
• Strong analytical, logical, critical-thinking, communication, and solution-recommendation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy, organization, and follow-up skills, including the ability to lead teams without direct reporting authority.
