What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, rollout, planning, backlog management, and sprint execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance.
• Design product and recipe lifecycle processes for private-label products, ingredients, menu items, specifications, packaging, and commercialization.
• Implement workflows for nutritional labeling, allergen tracking, food safety, regulatory certifications, and other compliance requirements.
• Configure supplier collaboration portals and oversee supplier data, audits, sustainability certifications, and quality information.
• Oversee integrations and data synchronization between Oracle PLM, Oracle Retail, Oracle ERP, Product Information Management, and enterprise data platforms.
• Lead pilot rollouts and launch-readiness validation, using AI and analytics to identify high-risk ingredients and reduce the cost of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in retail, food and beverage, restaurant technology, product lifecycle management, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM implementations, including Product Development and Product Hub.
• Strong knowledge of private-label product development, recipe formulation, ingredient management, packaging and labeling compliance, and restaurant supply chains.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable designs and leading cross-functional workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM with Oracle Retail, Oracle ERP, PIM, or enterprise data platforms.
