Sales Support, Development - SMG Unit (Financial Services)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid work arrangements

What you will do

• Execute customer requests related to end users, finance program features, and transaction processes.
• Complete financing transactions accurately and promptly, including rate calculations and documentation review.
• Manage daily customer communications, maintain transaction notes, research accounts, and communicate credit decisions.
• Guide transactions from application entry through documentation, funding, and accurate system input.
• Identify customer program trends and opportunities while adapting financing support to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Documentation, Account Support, Portfolio Management, and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced open environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work across multiple computer systems.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service or financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in financial services or leasing.
