DevOps Engineer (Observability & Platform Reliability)

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize SQL queries for operational reporting, performance analysis, and incident investigation.
• Analyze and transform data from multiple systems using SQL and scripting.
• Build and maintain Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards for monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
• Improve log parsing, data quality, and query performance to support platform reliability.
• Progressively take on DevOps responsibilities, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues, recommend workflow improvements, and collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, operations, or data-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with operational or analytical databases.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and infrastructure concepts.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, together with Linux command-line experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
