DevSecOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Build and improve secure infrastructure and delivery platforms for financial services operations.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions and automate CI/CD workflows.
• Design and improve containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Reduce manual toil and improve engineering team velocity through automation and architectural improvements.
• Implement application, container, secrets, and compliance security controls.
• Apply observability and centralized logging with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, and CloudWatch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
• 3+ years driving innovation, prototyping technologies, or leading architectural improvements.
• Expert knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux/Unix administration, Git, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good level of English and ability to work in a hybrid setup in Porto or Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLM applications in operations, prompt engineering, and LLM-based tooling.
