Commercial Legal Intern- Apprenticeship (January 2027)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work based in the Paris office.

What you will do

• Analyze and process provider contracts, including NDAs, terms and conditions, IT/SaaS agreements, and service agreements, using existing legal guidelines.
• Support Sales teams with standard commercial agreement reviews and negotiations, first-level client requests, and legal questionnaires in French and English.
• Structure and update the internal Notion Legal page, template libraries, practical guides, playbooks, and legal guidelines.
• Provide pragmatic day-to-day support on contract compliance, operational disputes, and client and freelancer queries.
• Contribute to Legal Operations and process optimization projects that improve cross-functional collaboration and business execution.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2) or École du Barreau, such as EFB or HEDAC, specializing in Business Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, or Digital Law.
• Strong academic foundation in contract analysis and negotiation, with the ability to analyze, draft, and review commercial agreements in French and English.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, sufficient to review and negotiate contracts entirely in English.
• Practical, business-oriented mindset focused on providing legal security without slowing business growth or Sales teams.
• Interest in legal process automation, digitalization, AI, and Legal Design.
• Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
