Program Management Analyst (Pharma)

What you will do

• Support and lead projects and initiatives that transform business management tools into clear, actionable information.
• Translate data from collection tools into consolidated views and provide analytical advice to non-technical colleagues.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards, ensuring business-critical information is accurate, up to date, and available on time.
• Provide SAP technical support and act as the site point of contact for first-stage data integrity issue resolution.
• Work with Finance on monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Organize meetings and provide additional operational support to the Business Management and Program Management Team.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Power BI experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with business tools such as Planview or IBP.
• Pharmaceutical knowledge.
