Strategy Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in the London office; must have the legal right to work in the UK

Salary: £75,000–£100,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to define and refine strategic priorities.
• Lead strategic projects from problem framing and analysis through actionable recommendations.
• Monitor EV charging market trends, competitor activity, and developments across the charging ecosystem.
• Support pricing strategy, network expansion, commercial partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, and relevant M&A activity.
• Track strategic performance, connect insights across Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations, and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and experience addressing complex, ambiguous business challenges.
• Experience developing financial models, commercial analyses, and investment cases.
• Ability to present recommendations to senior leaders and influence decisions across stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen, clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, electrification, and the EV charging industry.
