What you will do

• Implement the regional marketing strategy in Greece and translate strategic priorities into actionable local plans.
• Drive growth, profitability, vitality index, margin improvement, and other strategic growth drivers through effective marketing execution.
• Own integrated marketing activities across the customer journey, including portfolio management, campaign activation, product support materials, and local events.
• Manage professional product portfolios through lifecycle management, range optimization, innovation rollout, and new product activation.
• Partner with local Sales organizations to align marketing strategy with commercial execution.
• Monitor market performance and competitive dynamics while collaborating with regional teams and applying best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, portfolio management, or a related role.
• Experience with end-to-end marketing execution across key channels and customer touchpoints.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, activation, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience working with Sales organizations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influencing in matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in English and Greek, Microsoft Office, AI, and Copilot.
