(Sr.) Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Challenge, validate, and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and key value drivers.
• Prepare financial analyses, decision-support materials, and PowerPoint presentations for senior and executive management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Analyze month-end closing results, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Standardize and automate reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and monthly closing processes across business groups.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Big Four firm or a similar high-performance environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including tools such as Thinkcell.
• Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics, such as SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with company and project valuations using DCF and multiples.
• Strong interest in project-driven work and cross-functional collaboration.
