What you will do

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial and regulatory reporthirify.global in accordance with hirify.global policies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and lead external audit activities.
• Analyze reporthirify.global results and investigate variances to provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and translate accounthirify.global standards and regulatory developments into practical business guidance.
• Strengthen governance and internal control frameworks across all reporthirify.global processes.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporthirify.global transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA qualification preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in financial reporthirify.global, regulatory reporthirify.global, or finance governance within the bankhirify.global sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS and financial reporthirify.global frameworks.
• Experience collaborathirify.global with regulators, auditors, and global stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional reporthirify.global tools.
