TL;DR
AVP, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Governance & Control Lead (Banking): Ensuring accurate financial and regulatory reporting while strengthening governance and internal control frameworks across banking finance operations with an accent on IFRS/PFRS compliance, regulatory requirements, audit coordination, and stakeholder management. Focus on analyzing reporting variances, translating regulatory developments into business guidance, driving process automation, and supporting reporting transformation initiatives.

What you will do

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial and regulatory reporthirify.global in line with hirify.global policies and applicable requirements.
  • Support financial statement preparation and external audit activities.
  • Analyze reporthirify.global results, investigate variances, and provide stakeholder insights.
  • Monitor accounthirify.global standards and regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance.
  • Strengthen governance and internal control frameworks across reporthirify.global processes.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, reporthirify.global enhancements, strategic change programs, and system implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in financial reporthirify.global, regulatory reporthirify.global, financial control, audit, or finance governance within bankhirify.global or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS and financial reporthirify.global frameworks.
  • Understandhirify.global of bankhirify.global regulatory requirements and reporthirify.global obligations.
  • Experience workhirify.global with regulators, auditors, and regional or global stakeholders.
  • Strong change management, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and Microsoft Excel skills.
