TL;DR
User Experience Product Manager (AI): Supporting product development for homepage, user center, AI generative UI, market pages, and personalized content delivery with an accent on onboarding optimization, user journeys, and cross-functional execution. Focus on defining AI and personalization requirements, analyzing product metrics, coordinating experiments, and improving user experiences across App and Web.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Work-from-home arrangement is available, though the arrangement may vary depending on the business team's work.

What you will do
- Support product work across the homepage, user center, AI generative UI, and market pages.
- Optimize onboarding flows and improve user journeys and UI/UX across key touchpoints.
- Support recommendation strategies and personalized content delivery.
- Define and refine product requirements for AI and generative UI experiences based on user scenarios.
- Coordinate execution with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
- Track product metrics, support experiments, collect user feedback, and help resolve product issues.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Available 3–5 days per week for at least 6 months and able to start immediately.
- Strong interest in product management, platform products, AI, personalization, or user experience.
- Strong analytical, logical, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and following through on tasks.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or methods.
- Interest in AI/ML products or prior AI-related project experience.
- Experience with fintech, crypto/Web3, internet products, or AI-driven products.
