Content Team Lead (Incogni)

Location: Lithuanian or Polish market; office-based work with the possibility of up to two remote days per week and a work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Gross salary: €4,000–€5,300 per month for the Lithuanian market; PLN 20,000–24,000 per month for the Polish market. Compensation depends on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of writers by setting clear goals, expectations, and ownership.
• Build effective workflows and improve planning so content operations run independently.
• Ensure content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and supports business goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests and maintain a realistic backlog.
• Coach team members through regular feedback and clear development paths.
• Monitor team performance and proactively address capacity, process, and delivery issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a content, copywriting, or editorial team.
• Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning abilities.
• Results-oriented and data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a high level of ownership.
• Curiosity about cybersecurity, privacy, and digital products.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital marketing, especially SEO.
• Experience creating product, performance, UX, or lifecycle content.
• Experience improving or scaling content team operations.
