Head of Copywriting & Localization (iGaming)

Location: Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Malta, Poland, or Ukraine. Hybrid, remote, and onsite work options are available.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate copywriters, proofreaders, content reviewers, and translators.
• Develop and implement standards for style, terminology, localization, tone of voice, and legal compliance.
• Coordinate translation and content adaptation across multiple markets.
• Optimize and automate content creation and translation processes using efficiency, speed, and accuracy tools.
• Monitor content quality and delivery, and implement quality-control processes.
• Analyze content performance and improve written communications through metrics, A/B testing, best practices, and user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing global content strategies and managing written content in the iGaming industry.
• Experience managing copywriting, proofreading, or localization teams in gambling and marketing.
• Strong understanding of localization, terminology, and cultural adaptation for different markets.
• Experience working with legal and regulatory requirements for written content.
• Experience setting content quality standards and managing cross-functional, multi-regional teams.
• Strong spoken and written English skills required.
