Content Design Lead (Content Systems): Elevating content design quality across a distributed product organisation by building scalable frameworks, guidelines, tooling, and content systems with an accent on member-centric outcomes and operational efficiency. Focus on defining quality standards, embedding content design across Product, Design, Engineering, and Research, and developing metrics, leadership models, and AI-enabled craft practices.
Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid work with two recommended office days per week.
Gross monthly salary: €4,917–€6,650 EUR.

What you will do
- Set the quality bar for content design and enable consistent, member-centric product outcomes.
- Build scalable frameworks, guidelines, tooling, and content systems for embedded content design teams.
- Strengthen content design integration across Product, Design, Engineering, and Research.
- Support Content Designer growth through direct leadership, mentorship, or community-building.
- Define metrics that demonstrate content design value and improve operational efficiency and lead times.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of expert-level experience creating user-facing product content, supported by a strong portfolio of end-to-end solutions.
- Experience leading a content design function through direct management, craft authority, guild-style leadership, or a combination of these approaches.
- Experience establishing or maturing content design standards, processes, and frameworks at scale.
- Systems-thinking approach to tooling and process, with strong influence across cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Proficiency with modern content creation and management tools, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to assess where AI adds value to content while maintaining craft quality and comfort operating in ambiguity.
