What you will do

• Own the payroll operating model and control framework for legacy systems, managing outsourced providers like ADP.
• Maintain the HR systems landscape (SuccessFactors, eTime) ensuring system stability and interface performance.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and provide technical Tier 2/3 issue resolution.
• Deliver payroll analytics and cost insights to support data-driven decision making for HR and Finance.
• Lead cross-functional regional projects focusing on systems, payroll controls, and change management across EMEA and APAC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Proven experience in vendor-managed payroll environments, specifically with ADP.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (EC, ONB, and REC) and time systems.
• Knowledge of system integrations and a track record of delivering multi-country transformation projects.
