Instrument Technician III (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate instrument maintenance technicians within the assigned area.
• Execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans and coordinate breakdown maintenance for instrument systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs for instruments, generators, transformers, motors, and related mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems.
• Conduct site visits, verify work quality and safety compliance, and track daily maintenance activities.
• Prepare progress, work completion, and maintenance reports, including recommendations for improvements.
• Support engineering modifications and enhancements that improve instrument system suitability and serviceability.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management for oil and gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of instrument system design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems, safety procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, judgment under pressure, and strategic management skills.
