Senior Director, Digital & Technology, Portfolio & Financial Management

Location: On-site in the Sleepy Hollow, New York office at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $216,100–$360,200 annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise technology portfolio management across Commercial and G&A Digital & Technology, including intake, prioritization, planning, and investment sequencing.
• Own IT financial management covering budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, chargeback and allocation models, and investment value realization.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and reporting for realized business value across the technology portfolio.
• Establish portfolio and financial management standards, stage-gate reviews, investment frameworks, and governance forums.
• Align annual technology planning, budgets, resource capacity, and priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Build Technology Business Management capabilities, lead a high-performing team, and serve as Chief of Staff to the SVP.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology portfolio management, PMO, or IT financial management, ideally in a complex, matrixed enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of PPM or SPM, Technology Business Management, and stage-gate governance frameworks.
• Experience designing and facilitating executive governance forums, steering committees, and investment review boards.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a Chief of Staff, business management, or executive office capacity.
• Ability to operate autonomously, influence senior leaders, drive accountability, and attract top talent.

Nice to have

• MS or MBA.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation and enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience preparing executive communications and board-level materials.
