Senior Logistics Management Specialist (Army Acquisition)

Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; support for the ARSGM Product Office in Huntsville, Alabama

What you will do

• Provide integrated product support and lifecycle logistics across development, production, fielding, and sustainment phases.
• Develop and maintain Lifecycle Sustainment Plans, tailored sustainment plans, and related logistics documentation.
• Support Materiel Release planning, coordination, and documentation in accordance with Army acquisition policies.
• Perform and coordinate Core Logistics Assessments, Core Depot Assessments, and Level of Repair Analyses.
• Use Army acquisition and sustainment systems, including WAWF, cProbe/cQuip, AESIP, DAVE, CCaR, and Vantage/ASA ALT Live.
• Coordinate with government personnel and training, fielding, fires, maneuver, depot, quality assurance, engineering, and business management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Secret clearance.
• At least five years of experience in Army acquisition, logistics, sustainment, or program management.
• Experience supporting Army acquisition programs across one or more lifecycle phases.
• Experience with Army logistics and acquisition systems such as WAWF, AESIP, cProbe/cQuip, DAVE, CCaR, or Vantage.
• Experience developing LCSPs, Core Logistics Assessments, Core Depot Assessments, or LORAs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Army aviation, missile, munitions, launcher, or precision fires programs.
• Experience with ACAT I, ACAT III, or Middle Tier of Acquisition programs.
• Experience supporting Materiel Release planning and execution.
• Experience with an Army PEO, Product Manager, or Product Office.
• Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
