UAV/Drones Preflight Specialist (UAV)

What you will do

• Perform visual and technical quality control of UAV assemblies and electronic component integration after production, repair, or third-party procurement.
• Install, flash, and configure flight-controller firmware and software for additional UAV modules.
• Run activation checks, bench tests, and initial test flights to verify UAV operation and configuration.
• Configure and verify connectivity between drones, flight-planning systems, and ground control stations.
• Diagnose software and component-integration faults and perform scheduled maintenance on UAVs and related equipment.
• Create setup instructions, test reports, and user manuals for UAV system components.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of UAV components and systems, with proven experience assembling, configuring, and maintaining FPV, commercial, or military UAVs.
• Strong soldering skills and hands-on experience with electronic components.
• Familiarity with UAV firmware and tools including Betaflight, ArduPilot, Mission Planner, and QGroundControl.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Working knowledge of Linux, including terminal usage, SSH, and basic commands, plus an understanding of complex multilayer IT communications.
• English at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D printing and custom-detail design.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Bash, or C++.
