Staff Platform Engineer (AWS)

Salary: EUR 85,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect, maintain, and continuously improve AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows with GitLab CI and Terraform.
• Own critical Kubernetes platform components, including scaling, secrets management, VPC, and ingress.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging with Datadog, OpenSearch, and Fluentd.
• Partner with internal development teams to improve operational excellence and platform reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
• Confidence with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools, including GitLab CI, and practical Terraform knowledge.
• Basic to intermediate Go skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with agile development teams and internal stakeholders.
