Lead Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Manage programs for developing AI solutions based on market trends, from evaluating alternatives and implementing proofs of concept to final product delivery.
• Develop client-focused solution presentations and address marketing, digital analytics, and reporting requirements within tight timelines.
• Analyze clients’ marketing data usage, clarify data needs, and recommend improvements to data enablement and collection practices.
• Prepare and present reporting results, process changes, implementation methodologies, and analytical approaches to business stakeholders and digital marketing teams.
• Drive the development of Generative AI accelerators within the web analytics services portfolio.
• Build new web analytics capabilities from scratch and maintain a trained resource bench to support delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics and pharmaceutical business use cases.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI models, including operating and evaluation parameters, constraints, LLMs, and agentic flows.
• Experience with Google Analytics, GCP, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools and techniques, Target, and Optimizely.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Program management, stakeholder management, delivery liaison, and client collaboration skills.
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation such as BRD, DFD, FRD, TDD, and FIAs; Google Analytics and/or GTM certification.

• Experience with international or e-commerce SEO.
• Experience with data visualization tools and conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Engineering background.
