TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner (FinTech): Building talent pipelines and closing complex hiring searches across Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and executive functions with an accent on passive sourcing, offer negotiation, and senior stakeholder management. Focus on mapping niche regulated-market talent, using recruiting data to guide hiring decisions, and improving candidate experience across European markets.
Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with three days per week in-office: Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional day of choice. Extra remote time may be requested.
Salary: €33,000–€42,000 gross per annum.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR roles, including executive-level searches.
- Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels and long-term relationship building.
- Manage offers from compensation strategy and negotiation through signed acceptance.
- Partner with senior hiring managers using pipeline, funnel, compensation, and offer data.
- Improve the candidate experience using pipeline insights and candidate feedback.
- Manage executive search firms, specialist agencies, and external recruiters while representing at external events.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a record of closing complex, niche, or senior roles.
- Experience hiring for Corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Finance, or HR.
- Experience managing Director-level or above searches and working with C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulated or FinTech talent markets, including AML, KYC, or financial regulation.
- Strong offer management, negotiation, passive sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian required; international hiring experience across Europe is expected.
