Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through platforms, networks, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews and evaluate alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Partner with hiring managers and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to maintain consistent processes and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and data in Workable and other tracking tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or in an agency environment.
• Proven stakeholder management experience and confidence partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and recruiting across different locations in EMEA and APAC.
• Fluent English and mandatory native-level Bulgarian.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring.
• Broader 360 recruitment experience or willingness to upskill across the full recruitment lifecycle.
