Sr Delivery Consultant (AI Workforce)

What you will do

• Lead AI readiness assessments, envisioning workshops, and adoption roadmaps for enterprise customers.
• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 workplace solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop AI governance, security, compliance, and information protection frameworks.
• Identify business use cases and enable productivity improvements through AI and automation.
• Contribute to AI managed services, delivery methodologies, and reusable delivery assets.
• Provide technical expertise during customer solution discussions and proposals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance solutions, including Purview, Defender, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of digital workplace transformation and AI adoption strategies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and guide organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
