Delivery Consultant - AI Workforce

What you will do

• Lead AI readiness assessments, envisioning workshops, and adoption roadmaps for enterprise customers.
• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 workplace solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, governance, and business performance.
• Develop AI governance, security, compliance, and information protection frameworks.
• Work with customers, Microsoft, Solution Architects, Sales teams, and Customer Success Managers to deliver secure AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI managed services, delivery methodologies, and reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance solutions, including Purview, Defender, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of digital workplace transformation and AI adoption strategies.
• Consulting mindset with strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
