What you will do

• Design, implement, and govern credit risk policies aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
• Drive portfolio strategy, capital management, provisioning, and credit risk oversight across Wholesale Banking and Commercial Real Estate.
• Partner with executive leaders, regulators, and global stakeholders on strategic risk initiatives and regulatory outcomes.
• Exercise delegated credit authority and provide guidance on complex lending transactions and portfolio exposures.
• Lead risk transformation, governance, and reporting initiatives to strengthen risk management capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in institutional, corporate, commercial real estate, or wholesale banking credit risk.
• Deep knowledge of prudential regulation, regulatory capital frameworks, and portfolio risk management.
• Experience engaging with regulators and leading credit risk governance, policy, or model oversight.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
