What you will do

• Design and implement the global transaction monitorhirify.global program in Australia in collaboration with 1LoD and Global teams.
• Ensure the transaction monitorhirify.global framework incorporates all local regulatory requirements and group minimum standards.
• Establish and manage a dedicated financial crime intelligence unit.
• Lead and manage the Line 2 Financial Crime Compliance AML Operations team.
• Drive awareness of financial crime typologies and emerghirify.global trends through trainhirify.global for internal teams.
• Drive continuous enhancements and improvements to the monitorhirify.global framework.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) area.
• Demonstrated management experience of leadhirify.global other leaders within the FCC domain.
• Comprehensive experience across retail, wholesale, online, and private bankhirify.global segments.
• Ability to navigate both strategic and highly technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and decision-makhirify.global skills to balance business needs with regulatory compliance.
