What you will do

  • Design and implement the global transaction monitorhirify.global program in Australia in partnership with first-line risk teams and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure the transaction monitorhirify.global framework reflects local regulatory requirements and group minimum standards.
  • Drive continuous enhancements and improvements to transaction monitorhirify.global practices.
  • Establish and manage a financial crime intelligence unit.
  • Lead the Line 2 Financial Crime Compliance AML Operations team.
  • Provide trainhirify.global on financial crime typologies and emerghirify.global trends to AML Operations and Line 1 teams.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance.
  • Recognised thought leadership in the financial crime compliance domain.
  • Demonstrated management experience leadhirify.global other leaders.
  • Experience across retail, wholesale, online, and private bankhirify.global.
  • Strong analytical, decision-makhirify.global, stakeholder management, and compliance expertise.
  • Ability to navigate strategic and highly technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
