What you will do

• Design and develop mathematical models for real-money casino games, including RTP, volatility, and overall game behavior.
• Create game mathematics for original digital and land-based titles.
• Produce clear mathematical documentation covering models and game logic.
• Test and validate game outcomes using Excel, simulations, and internal tools.
• Provide mathematical insights to development teams and ensure accuracy throughout production.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in game mathematics for real-money casino games.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related field.
• Solid experience with MS Excel.
• Basic programming knowledge in C++, C#, or a similar language.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup connected to the Chicago office.
